We purchased 5 of these shades at the beginning of January and couldn't be happier. The shades are beautiful, well built and operate smoothly. We had one small issue with the direction of fabric on one valance which was taken care of by customer support who happily replaced and express shipped in just a couple of days. Although some reviews say the shades are pricey, I say the quality of both the product and customer service is worth the price. Well be ordering more soon!
