Return and Exchange Process:
Application for Return or Exchange: Customers must submit their requests for returns or exchanges through Bringnox's official customer service channels, including relevant order information and the reasons for their request.
Customer Service Review: Bringnox's customer service team will review applications within 1-3 business days and guide customers through the next steps of the return or exchange process.
Inspection of Returned or Exchanged Items: Upon receiving the returned product, Bringnox will inspect it. After confirming the condition of the item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
