We appreciate every customer and prioritize delivering products to them as swiftly as possible.

Order Processing Time:

As soon as you make a purchase, we begin customizing your shades to ensure prompt delivery. Production and packaging typically take 3-7 business days, but this may extend during busy periods.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping worldwide (excluding very remote areas) via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

Delivery Time:

Logistics usually take 3 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your order status anytime.

Delivery Delays:

Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date, not the order date. Actual delivery may take longer due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, or other unforeseen factors.

Item Not Received:

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please get in touch with the shipping company to track your package. Once it’s in their possession, we can no longer manage it. If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

Canceling or Modifying Orders:

If you reach out to us shortly after your purchase, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, once production starts (typically 12 hours after your order), we cannot cancel it. You can modify your order, but a 40% fee will apply based on the original order amount.

Regarding Taxes:

In some cases, customs fees may be applied by your country’s government, which are beyond our control. These charges are your responsibility. For more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

What if I have an Urgent Order?
