Order & Shipping

Select which type of blinds you want, then read the corresponding instructions in How to Measure Windows.

1.Select the blind type which you preferred.

2.Choose the suit install mount and measure the window size carefully.

3.Pick the custom options that suit your needs.

We currently accept PayPal, major debit/credit card payments through Shopify Payment, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. In the future, we aim to expand our range of payment options.

You can cancel the order directly within 24 hours. For orders exceeding 24 hours, please contact us directly to make change.

After placing your order, we send you an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information. 

Production and packaging may take 3-7 business days. We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide by UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 10 business days to reach their destination.

Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Standard, unopened, non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Learn more in Return & Exchange Policy.

Beginner’s Guide

1.Turn on the motor switch. Each pair of blinds has the motor power turned off before leaving the factory to ensure transportation safety. Customers need to turn on the motor switch and charge it for at least half an hour after receiving it to ensure that it has sufficient power.

2.Motor pairing.Our motors are already matched with the remote controller before leaving the factory. You only need to select the corresponding channel to operate. If it is a single-channel remote controller, there is no need to select a channel.

3.Adjusting Limits. Note: It is not recommended to adjust the upper and lower limits for zebra shades, woven wood shades, and cellular shades as the fabric may not align properly after adjustment. If you need to adjust the up and down limits, please refer to the blind's instruction manual which includes in package.

4.Smart Pairing. It is recommended to complete this step before proceeding with the installation, especially when the windows are positioned at a higher location, as this may cause inconvenience. If you choose a motor with Matter over Thread, we recommend taking a photo of the motor's QR code before installation for future reference. 5.Shade Installation. Locate the brackets on both the wall and the shade. Mark the points with a pencil to help determine the drilling position. Then, attach the brackets to the wall at the pre-marked spots and secure them with screws. Ensure that the installation is level; otherwise, it may cause the fabric to become uneven. Clip the blinds to the spring-loaded brackets. Installation finished.

Smart Motor

If you choose Matter over Thread Motor, the QR code is usually on the motor cable.

The motor can be charged while installed. Charge it through the original USB-A to USB-C cable or through the solar panel.

LED light flashes red when it opens or closes the shade also indicates low battery.

LED light is red when it recharges the motor.

LED light is green when the battery is charging over 90%.



No.The motor and battery both have integrated overcharge protection circuits. No overcharging even if the motor is plugged in.
It takes 5-6 hours to fully charge the motor. Once charged, it can operate for approximately 600 cycles, which is about 6 months of typical use.

Note: Over time, the motor's battery capacity will decrease as it ages. Typically, after 5-6 years, the battery may still perform well but retain about 90% of its original capacity.

Programming

If you choose 15 channel remote, there will have 0 channel in user mode. And in 0 channel, you can control all blinds together. If you choose 1 channel remote, it only can control one blind and there is no 0 channel.

1 channel remote only can control one blind and 15 channel remote can control almost 15 blinds together or individual. You can select different channel to control different blind via 15 channel remote.

Our blinds are already matched with the remote control when blinds leave the factory. If you purchase new blinds but do not buy the remote control, you will need to match the new blinds with the original remote control.
