Product Warranty

Bringnox proudly extends the following product and service warranty to the original purchaser, provided that proof of purchase is provided.

Warranty Details:

1. Bringnox offers a comprehensive two years warranty on all shades and accessories.

2. Once the warranty period concludes, customers can expect minimal repair costs or may opt to purchase replacement parts at a low fee, which covers packaging and handling as well.

Exclusions:

1. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including issues like wear, stains, pet damage, and exposure to elements such as heat, sunlight, wind, water, or moisture, as well as material discoloration, fading, or slight deformation over time.

2. It also excludes malfunctions resulting from improper installation (unless done by Bringnox), misuse, modifications by anyone other than a Bringnox representative, abuse, or damage caused by pets or insects.
3. Additionally, natural variations in color, texture, or grain of materials, slight warping of wood products, and natural color changes over time are not covered. Lastly, products that exceed Bringnox's size recommendations or fail to meet other specifications are excluded.

Other Considerations:

1. The resolution of warranty issues is determined at the discretion of a Bringnox representative, who will decide whether to repair or replace the product. If multiple products are present in the same room, only the defective items will be addressed, with efforts made to match the original specifications.

2.Products from third-party brands are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, if applicable.
3. Any visible damage at the time of delivery or installation must be reported to Bringnox within three days; otherwise, the warranty will be voided.

Professional Installation Warranty:

1. When purchased alongside the product, Bringnox guarantees that professional installation services will be free from defects.

2.This warranty applies to the original purchaser, provided proof of purchase, for up to three years after the installation is completed.
3. If repairs are needed, Bringnox will provide the necessary services at no charge within that three-year period and will also reinstall the product at no cost if it needs to be removed from the installation site.

Disclaimer and Liability Limitations:

1. Aside from the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, Bringnox provides no additional warranties beyond what is explicitly outlined in writing.

Bringnox disclaims any responsibility for loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Certain state laws might not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, meaning these limitations may not be applicable to all individuals.
3. This warranty confers specific legal rights, which may differ depending on state regulations.
